Wycked Creations offers a number of services to help meet your needs. From creating precision CAD drawings and 2D/3D artistic design through to product completion, we can make your Wycked Creation with a full complement of wood working machines, laser engraving services, CNC router services, CNC plasma cutting or low volume manufacturing services.
Custom Projects
In our shop you will find all of the standard wood working equipment plus a large format laser cutter and CNC router. We have the ability to handle most custom projects, large and small - commercial, industrial, or residential - with plans to add more equipment, as needed, to expand our capabilities.
We may be able to use your designs or design something for you. With our in-house design solutions we can read in or create precision CAD drawings as well as artistic 2D and 3D designs.

Design Services
Have an idea for a project but don't have the skills or software to draw it up? Or do you have a sketch of something that needs to be modified for your project? Let us bring your idea to life for you. With various software packages we have you covered with the ability to create precision CAD drawings or 2D/3D artistic designs for your project.
How it works:
Step 1
Email a detailed description of what you want, along with the amount of time we have for the project and your budget. Be sure to include the approximate size, quantity, and material you want us to use. Don't worry, we won't hold your budget against you if you have budgeted more than it should realistically take to complete the project. However, most customers drastically underestimate the cost of creating one-off custom items and we value your time as much as ours. If your budget is unrealistic for the project in mind, we will tell you right away and you can decide if you want to increase the budget, modify the request, or close discussions.
Step 2
If we feel we can meet your needs we will gather as many details as we can before we prepare a quote and contract. This will ensure that we have all the details necessary to deliver what you expect without any hidden costs.
Step 3
Once the terms and fees have been agreed upon and the contract signed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work will commence.
Step 4
A few rough design options will be generated based on the details gathered in steps 1 and 2, from which a base design will be selected. From there we will hone the design, within a predetermined number of revisions, to get to your vision. Additional fees may apply if excessive or major revisions are requested after the rough design has been selected.
Step 5
Upon completion of the design, you'll sign off on it, at which point we will commence bringing it to life.
Laser Services
Our large format laser cutter/engraver, with pass-through, enables us to cut or engrave materials up to 51" wide by as long as you need it. With the rotary attachment, round items, such as glasses, tumblers, and bottles, can be engraved with your personalized text, logo or image. We can cut wood & MDF, plastics & composites, or rubber. If you're looking for an engraving we can engrave on glass, stone, wood, powder coated or anodized metals, rubber, and more.
CNC Routing
The CNC router is capable of cutting, engraving and carving materials up to 50" wide, with a working height of 20", by as long as needed. This machine can cut soft metals, stone, wood & MDF, plastic & composites.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Currently we are unable to cut most metal with our existing equipment but we plan to add a CNC plasma cutter later this year which will give us the ability to cut various metals up to 3/8" stainless steel.

Low Volume Manufacturing
With more than 2,500 square feet of shop space, our current tooling, and manufacturing experience, Wycked Creations has the capacity and ability to do low volume manufacturing in many different materials. Our Production Manager has 10 years of manufacturing experience as a CAD/CAM programmer and Quality Control Manager. He is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. With his experience working for a Tier 1 Automotive supplier and building machines and parts for the Aerospace industry, we understand Quality and precision.
